Almost thirty years ago, George Bishop started his first consulting company with the intent of providing industrial engineering skills and more specifically work measurement services to small and mid-size companies. Over the past three decades we have gathered a wealth of experience, that we have collectively applied to more than 500 implementations of various workforce optimization practices.

To us a “refreshing consulting experience” means that you will be directly served by experts in exchange for fees that justify the talent that will engineer the efficiency of your processes. Our model is based on limiting our overhead and passing those savings to our customers. “Unlike many consulting firms, we do not operate in expensive down town offices or have a complicated hierarchy. You can’t pretend to understand efficiency when you are inefficient yourself.” says George Bishop.
