Biography:
Shaun Castle has worked with all levels of management from Entry Level employees to Presidents; from the development and implementation of efficient processes to the administration and accountability of the results. Shaun has worked in many industries including distribution, delivery, manufacturing and retail. Corporately he was responsible for the operation of large unionized national foodservice distribution centers. He is an Industrial Engineer and certified MOST® practitioner.

Shaun has implemented ELS systems internationally using several WMS platforms. He has participated in successful union audits and continues to see productivity gains from the programs. He understands the overall picture to achieve results from an engineering and operations perspective.
Distribution Operations:
He has led warehousing and delivery operations in grocery, frozen and fresh environments. He understands the “bottom line” results and how to get there empowering team members, holding people accountable, while providing excellent customer service. Operations led by him have all seen significant gains in throughput resulting in decreased costs.
